GE Vernova is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead a regional team across the Americas, driving operational excellence for TA processes, tools, analytics, lean, and compliance. You will partner with recruiters and stakeholders to deliver a standardized, high‑quality hiring experience.

The role requires 12+ years in TA with 10+ in TA Operations and 5+ years of people leadership, plus strong data analytics and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
• 12+ years in Talent Acquisition with 10+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience and managing high‑performing teams.
• Experience leading cross‑functional, remote, and diverse teams or initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making; proficient in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional TA Operations initiatives across the Americas.
• Manage a regional team of TA Operations professionals and coordinators.
• Drive adoption of recruiting processes, standards, tools, and technologies.
• Monitor metrics, capacity, service delivery, and data integrity.
• Use data analytics to reinforce accountability and improve performance.
• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to enhance candidate and hiring leader experience.
• Apply Lean methodologies and project management to improvements.
• Oversee tool implementation, training, and adoption with technology teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local regional requirements across the Americas.
• Support governance activities, audits, and regional compliance reviews.
• Serve as regional point of contact for escalations and stakeholder needs.
