TÜV SÜD America Inc. seeks a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner, Americas, to translate global TA strategy into effective regional solutions.

The role balances global initiatives with regional priorities and collaborates with leaders across the People Team and partners worldwide. You will shape recruitment, onboarding, and workforce analytics, driving improvements for efficiency, inclusivity, and the employee experience while coaching leaders to strengthen capabilities and ensure strong TA

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role, preferably international.
• Understanding of global TA practices and labor-market trends.
• Experience leading TA projects involving process improvement or technology implementation.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional and international teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Shape and advance TA strategy and portfolio for the Americas in alignment with the Center of Excellence.
• Develop data-informed talent-attraction and employer-branding strategies based on demand and labor-market conditions.
• Design and implement TA initiatives with regional business leaders and global partners.
• Lead improvements to recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to improve efficiency, inclusivity, and candidate/employee experience.
• Lead regional and global TA projects ensuring Americas requirements are represented.
• Analyze TA metrics and workforce data to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and embed leading TA practices while coaching regional leaders to strengthen capabilities.
