Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Strategy & Integration Senior Manager to lead the Americas strategic agenda, translating complex questions into data-driven insights and actionable execution plans. You will partner with leadership across sales, operations, and product to shape the three-year plan and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include governance cadence, executive communications, and cross-functional project leadership, including post-merger integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles.
• Strong Excel modeling, KPIs, and executive-grade writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategic planning and three-year plans with cross-functional teams.
• Translate product strategy into regional priorities and actionable plans.
• Maintain governance cadences, tracking, and risk/issue logs.
• Develop executive-ready decks and narratives for leadership reviews.
• Manage post-merger integration planning, milestones, and value capture.
