Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Program Manager to drive growth initiatives across the Americas Service organization. You will lead and coordinate growth programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across engineering, operations, sales, and service teams.

The role requires collaboration with senior leaders to meet strategic goals and expand key programs in the region. You will develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and maintain budgets while communicating status and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing and delivering large, complex projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with effective meetings and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal leadership skills to navigate across organizations, departments, and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth programs within the North America service organization, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales, and service.
• Develop a RACI Matrix to clarify roles, responsibilities and deliverables.
• Monitor and track program progress; address challenges to ensure quality and schedule.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders with regular updates on status and risks.
• Escalate issues and coordinate short-term and long-term resolutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to align programs with business strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management processes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field

PMP certification
