Job summary

Vertiv in Westerville, Ohio is seeking a Strategy & Integration Senior Manager to lead Americas strategy and portfolio growth, translating complex questions into data-driven insights, recommendations, and executable plans.

You will partner with regional leadership across sales, operations, product, and finance to align three-year plans with corporate goals, drive governance, and deliver measurable results through structured programs and executive communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, Finance, or similar).
• MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, internal consulting, transformation/program management, or adjacent roles.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel modeling, KPI design) and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Strong PowerPoint and writing skills with an executive audience in mind.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategic planning and three-year cross-functional plans.
• Translate product strategy and growth opportunities into the regional plan.
• Manage milestones, inputs, and review cycles for on-time delivery.
• Develop executive-ready communications and leadership briefing materials.
• Identify gaps, risks, and tradeoffs; drive resolution with owners.
• Lead post-merger integration planning with value capture focus.
• Build KPI reporting and governance for continuous improvement.
