Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and lead strategic transformation initiatives and operational projects.
• Collaborate with VP-level leaders to shape operational strategy.
• Engage stakeholders across Services, Marketing, Sales, Finance to execute priorities.
• Support scaling Vertiv Service operations, including forecasting for lines of business.
• Monitor progress against strategy and targets; refine market models.
• Document processes and drive continuous improvement with the team.
• Analyze market trends and competition; package findings for executives.
• Identify growth opportunities and customer needs to guide future state.
