The Director, Infrastructure Solutions Engineering – Americas is responsible for setting and executing the regional engineering strategy supporting Vertiv’s Infrastructure Solutions portfolio across the Americas. This role provides senior leadership across multiple engineering managers and disciplines, ensuring consistent execution, regulatory compliance, and financial performance aligned with Vertiv’s operating rhythms, quality standards, and growth priorities.
The Director owns post‑sales engineering delivery for the Americas region, balancing customer commitments, margin performance, capacity planning, and talent development. This role is a key member of the Americas leadership team and serves as the primary regional engineering interface to Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Global Engineering partners.
