POSITION SUMMARY

The Strategy & Integration Senior Manager advances the Americas Strategy and Portfolio Growth agenda by leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional workstreams. Partnering closely with Americas leadership, this role transforms complex business questions into data-driven insights, actionable recommendations, and execution plans that deliver measurable results. The position serves as a critical link between strategy and execution, helping define priorities, drive alignment, and ensure key initiatives are successfully implemented across the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the regional strategic planning process Coordinate development of the Americas three-year strategic plan in alignment with the corporate strategy and finance-led planning process, timeline, templates, and required deliverables. Partner closely with sales, operations, and the product organization to translate product strategy, portfolio priorities, market assumptions, and growth opportunities into the regional strategic plan. Manage inputs, milestones, and review cycles across functions to ensure the plan is complete, consistent, and delivered on schedule. Prepare clear summaries, working sessions, and leadership review materials that connect product priorities, regional growth choices, financial assumptions, and required decisions. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and tradeoffs in the plan and coordinate follow-up with product, finance, and functional owners to resolve them. Maintain structured tools, trackers, and templates that support the corporate process and make the three-year planning cycle easier to manage and repeat. Coordinate and manage business cadence and reporting Run the business governance cadence, including recurring leadership reviews, operating meetings, and cross-functional check-ins. Maintain action logs, decision trackers, milestone plans, and risk / issue registers to ensure commitments are visible and followed through. Develop simple, repeatable reporting mechanisms that highlight progress, blockers, ownership, and upcoming decisions. Surface risks and tradeoffs early, elevate issues appropriately, and help leadership focus on the decisions needed to keep execution on track. Continuously improve governance, reporting, and follow-up processes through better systems, automation, and fit-for-purpose AI use cases that improve reliability and reduce administrative burden. Lead special projects and craft executive communications Independently lead short-cycle, cross-functional special projects for the Americas leadership team, typically requiring fast, clean analysis, a clear recommendation, and implementation tracking. Develop executive-ready communications: decks, narratives, and briefing notes that drive alignment and action. Conduct targeted research on priority companies, competitors, market trends, and emerging themes to inform strategic recommendations and leadership decisions. Improve team effectiveness by creating templates, playbooks, and repeatable mechanisms that reduce friction and improve follow-through. Manage regional post-merger integration execution Drive post-merger integration planning by translating deal rationale and diligence findings into clear integration priorities, milestones, risks, and value capture opportunities. Maintain integration workplans, decision trackers, dependency maps, and risk / issue logs to ensure functional owners stay aligned and on pace. Coordinate cross-functional integration workstreams across commercial, operations, finance, legal, HR, and other functions as needed. Build and maintain simple KPI reporting for integration progress, milestone completion, and value capture. Create repeatable tools, templates, and process improvements that make integration workstreams easier to manage and scale.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required (Business, Engineering, Finance, or similar); MBA preferred. 7-10 of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, internal consulting, transformation/program management, or adjacent roles. Strong analytical skills (Excel modeling, business cases, KPI design) and ability to structure ambiguous problems. Strong PowerPoint and writing skills with an executive audience in mind. Practical project management capability: cadence, action tracking, dependency management, and escalation. Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and reporting / visualization tools such as Power BI; able to apply them practically to improve analysis, reporting, automation, and workflow efficiency. Proven ability to work across functions and influence without authority. High judgment and discretion with sensitive information. Exposure to post-merger integration, synergy tracking, integration management, or related workstream coordination. Experience in a complex B2B / engineered products / services environment. Comfort working with senior leaders (VP-level) and adapting communication style to the audience. Experience mentoring analysts or coordinating small teams/workstreams (no direct reports required). Familiarity with common project tracking tools (Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
