Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Engineering (Americas). This leadership role partners with peers and solution architects to shape strategy and own delivery, budget, and modernization initiatives across North and Latin America.

You will lead the network engineering team, drive SD-WAN and SASE initiatives, advance observability, and ensure global standards align with regional delivery; the position reports to the VP, Network and Voice Services.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in network engineering across WAN, data center, and cloud networking.
5+ years leading and developing network engineering teams.
Hands-on SD WAN and SASE design, deployment, or operation at enterprise scale.
Experience maturing network observability, telemetry, monitoring, and automation.
Experience owning multi-million dollar network budgets with vendor management.
Strong executive communication and partnership with VP/C-suite.
Experience managing distributed teams across North America and Latin America.

Responsibilities

Shape technology strategy and roadmap for the Americas while owning execution, delivery, and budget.
Drive network observability maturity and incident resolution.
Own Americas network engineering budget, capex/opex, and vendor relationships.
Lead, develop, and scale the Americas network engineering team across sites.
Present strategy and program status to VP and executives.
Ensure alignment with global reference designs and standards.
