FMC Trading & Logistics Co. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Coordination Specialist to support the Americas commercial team.

You will manage orders, coordinate with clients, and maintain accurate sales documentation to ensure smooth operations across the region. In this role, you will work closely with the regional sales and logistics teams, producing proposals and contracts, updating CRM systems, and generating pipelines for leadership review.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales coordination or commercial operations.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Spanish language proficiency highly advantageous.
• Experience in international trade or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and manage order-to-delivery coordination.
• Maintain CRM records and client communication logs.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics teams on shipment scheduling and tracking.
• Support trade show preparation and client meeting logistics.
