Job summary

The North Face, based in Denver, seeks an Americas Sales Operations Manager to optimize tools, processes and communications for wholesale teams. You will own the B2B platform, manage seasonal product loads, samples, catalogs, and taxonomies while coordinating with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Finance.

We expect 5–7 years in Sales Operations, strong project management, advanced Excel, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Enablement.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end B2B platform management and updates.
• Coordinate seasonal sample lifecycle and related logistics.
• Support seasonal sales programs and analyze performance.
• Develop and distribute weekly sales communications and updates.
