Job summary

The North Face, a VF Corporation brand, is seeking a Wholesale Planning Manager in Denver. You will lead forecasting, revenue and inventory planning for the North America wholesale channel, partnering with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Demand and Supply Planning to drive growth.

You’ll translate market demand into actionable forecasts, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes and tools. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of experience in a fast-moving commercial environment.
• Proven experience managing forecasts, financial plans, and cross-functional business processes.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in working with numbers and inventory metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence decisions across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with in-season execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain wholesale sales forecasts—seasonal, monthly, weekly.
• Monitor in-season performance across accounts; lead reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Own account-level sell-out and sell-through performance; adjust forecasts and inventory strategy.
• Identify risks, opportunities and demand shifts; propose corrective actions.
• Manage Gross-to-Net (GTN) and promotional investments; align with financial objectives.
• Develop reports, dashboards and insights to improve planning and decision-making.
