Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Enablement.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end functionality and ongoing management of the B2B platform.
• Coordinate seasonal sample processes and related orders.
• Support seasonal sales programs and account strategies.
• Manage Sales Operations tools, communications, dashboards, and templates.
• Provide operational support and drive process improvements for the Americas Sales organization.
