Job summary

Mitel is seeking a Director of Sales Operations for the Americas in Mesa, AZ, to lead operational excellence across the USA, Canada, and CALA. You will partner with regional leadership to drive performance through data-driven insights and standardized processes.

You will oversee planning, governance of direct/indirect channels, and continuous improvements while aligning with global Revenue Operations. Strong CRM and analytics expertise required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 15+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record leading analytically complex Sales/Revenue Operations initiatives with demonstrable business impact.
• Deep expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), sales analytics, and operational tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, planning, and budgeting across the Americas region, ensuring accuracy and alignment with global standards.
• Design and own equitable quota allocation across Americas channels and resources.
• Define and govern go-to-market coverage models and territory design scenarios.
• Enforce clear rules of engagement between direct and channel sales; manage account ownership boundaries.
• Drive continuous process improvements, BRDs, and cross-functional workshops for Sales Operations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to empower Sales Leadership with timely insights.
