Job summary

Mitel is seeking a Director of Sales Operations — Americas to lead the regional sales operations, forecast and quota processes, and go-to-market coverage. You will partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and the global Revenue Operations function to drive performance and operational rigor.

The role reports to the Global VP, Revenue Operations and oversees an Americas Sales Operations team across USA, Canada, and CALA, delivering data‑driven insights and process excellence to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or commercial leadership.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple markets.
• CRM platforms, sales analytics, and operational tooling expertise.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred for CALA/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Planning, Forecasting & Quota Management for Americas.
• Design and allocate sales quotas across channels and resources.
• Monitor planning quality and coordinate with Finance, HR, and global Sales Ops.
• Attend ELT forecast reviews and provide data-driven insights.
• Define and enforce rules of engagement between direct and channel sales.
