Job summary

Mitel is seeking a senior Product Marketing leader to own the go-to-market story for our full Americas portfolio—MiVoice Business, Mitel WX, Mitel CX, and vertical solutions. You will align sales, partners, press, analysts, and customers around one coherent narrative across UC, collaboration, and contact center.

You will drive Americas positioning, messaging, and launch strategy, serve as a public-facing spokesperson at major industry events, and coordinate end-to-end GTM planning across

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in product marketing, portfolio marketing, or GTM leadership.
• Experience owning multi-product or portfolio-wide positioning.
• Proven big-stage presentation and public-speaking experience.
• Ability to translate a multi-product technology stack into a buyer-relevant story.
• Strong cross-functional leadership without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own Americas positioning and messaging across the Mitel portfolio.
• Lead public evangelism—keynotes and briefings at industry events.
• Own end-to-end Americas go-to-market planning and sequencing.
• Develop regional launch strategy, audience segmentation, and metrics.
• Build and manage integrated Americas launch plans across functions.
• Mentor marketing managers at product and vertical levels.
• Track competitive landscape and feed insights into positioning.
• Contribute market feedback to pricing, packaging, and bundling decisions.
