CSG Talent is partnering with an international industrial sensors business based in the Midwest to recruit a Director of Sales. You will run the full customer-facing organisation—sales, customer service, technical service and marketing—driving growth from day one.

Reporting to the President and sitting on the Americas leadership team, you will build senior OEM relationships, influence strategy across product and engineering, and lead a team of managers to deliver expansion across the Americas.

Formación

• Experience leading sales and service teams and developing strategic OEM relationships.
• Commercial leadership experience in industrial, automation or sensor businesses.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field.
