Job summary

CSG Talent is partnering with a global OEM to recruit a Director of Sales for North America, based in Ohio. The role leads the North American commercial strategy, drives growth across capital equipment and aftermarket solutions, and strengthens strategic accounts.

The successful candidate will mentor a technical sales team, collaborate with engineering and operations, and travel within North America to shape and accelerate the region’s sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership experience within an industrial equipment OEM.
• Strong technical understanding of process equipment (screening, separation, centrifuges, bulk material handling).
• Experience selling complex capital equipment into mining, minerals processing or industrial markets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, implement change and drive commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a North American sales team.
• Define and execute a commercial growth strategy across capital equipment and aftermarket solutions.
• Strengthen key customer relationships and develop strategic accounts.
• Improve sales processes, forecasting and CRM adoption.
• Collaborate with global leadership, engineering and operations.
