Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant commercial experience.
• 8–12+ years of sales/commercial leadership experience focused on the Americas.
• Demonstrated success leading regional sales teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, pricing discipline, and margin management.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, revenue, and margin performance for the Americas region.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with priorities across nuclear security, safeguards, industry, and research markets.
• Drive pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and deal governance for predictable results.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities across key accounts, applications, and underserved markets.
