SentinelOne is seeking a Sr. Director, Revenue Operations for AMER. This executive role leads the regional RevOps function, partnering with Sales leadership and the AMER SVP to design and operate the regional GTM engine, forecast discipline, and performance improvements as the company scales in a high-growth SaaS environment.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, data-driven decision making, and strong cross-functional collaboration to drive predictable quarterly outcomes across the Americas.

Competenze

• 12+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations.
• Head of AMER Operations or equivalent in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Strong financial modeling for enterprise sales.
• Executive influence at SVP/EVP level with Sales leadership.
• Expertise with RevOps tech stack (SFDC, Clari, Gong).

Mansioni

• Shape and execute regional sales strategy with the AMER SVP.
• Own the AMER Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and GTM structure design.
• Lead AMER forecasting cadence with executive-level synthesis.
• Build and lead a high-performing AMER RevOps team.
• Establish regional cadence (QBRs, Weekly Forecasts, Pipeline Inspections) and define KPIs.
• Identify systemic friction and drive performance-improvement initiatives.
• Advocate for AMER requirements within Global Revenue Operations.
• Drive AI adoption in forecast, pipeline analysis, and territory design.
