Job summary

Veeam Software is seeking an accomplished Sales Operations Director for the AMER region. The role partners with the AMER sales leader to design forecasts, planning cadences, territory and quota design, and leadership-focused analyses.

This senior individual contributor role emphasizes influence within a matrix organization and cross-functional collaboration. Based on the East Coast or willing to work Eastern hours, the candidate will shape the operating calendar, drive end-to-end forecasting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or strategic roles at a tech company or consultancy.
• Experience owning regional or global sales forecast processes and annual planning cycles.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional programs through influence.
• Strong analytical rigor and ability to defend recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AMER forecast process end to end, including cadence and accuracy definitions.
• Own the AMER Annual Operating Plan including territory design and quota setting.
• Collaborate with Finance to link sales and financial forecasts and explain variances.
• Set standards for pipeline hygiene and forecast governance across the region.
• Mentor staff and drive adoption of AI and automation across Sales Operations.
