Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Sales Operations Director for the AMER region to partner with the sales leader and steer the region’s operational engine. You will shape forecasts, planning cycles, territory design, and quota setting, while driving governance and analytics in a matrixed environment.

You will align with Finance, Sales Compensation, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and IT to deliver reliable forecasts and impactful leadership decisions, with an emphasis on accelerating safe AI at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial strategy at a technology company.
• Direct ownership of regional/global forecast processes and annual sales planning.
• Ability to drive complex programs through influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the AMER operating calendar including weekly forecast calls and QBRs.
• Lead end-to-end forecast processes with cadence and snapshot discipline.
• Set commit criteria, diagnose forecast gaps, and ensure pipeline hygiene.
• Partner with Finance on link between sales and financial forecast.
• Lead Annual Operating Plan with territory design and quota setting.
• Shape go-to-market structure and headcount scenarios.
• Maintain analytical rigor, data integrity, and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor operations staff and drive adoption of approved changes.
