Job summary

MSCI Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Training Lead to join the Learning and Skills team, supporting Client Coverage across the United States, Canada, Mexico and South America.

This senior individual contributor role focuses on designing, building, facilitating and embedding sales training and coaching to build better salespeople and managers. The successful candidate will combine strong sales credibility with excellent instructional design, facilitation and coaching, and will work agilely

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience combining client-facing sales with sales training, enablement or leadership development.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate sales training for professional audiences.
• Strong knowledge of sales skills including discovery, questioning, value articulation, objections handling and negotiation.
• Experience embedding sales methodologies and repeatable sales behaviours.
• Experience working across the Americas region with regional relevance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-impact sales training across the Americas.
• Facilitate practical training using role-plays, simulations and case studies.
• Build tools, job aids and reinforcement programs to sustain learning after training.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Research and Client Coverage to turn plays into training.
• Coach frontline sales managers and support onboarding and manager development.
