• Strong understanding of Americas consumers, retail channels, and commercial dynamics.
• Experience communicating recommendations to senior leaders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual planning process for the Americas premium portfolio and align stakeholders.
• Define regional lineup, product/SKU roles, target consumers, and pricing bands.
• Use market data to shape MSRP, pricing architecture, exclusives, and assortment.
• Represent Americas requirements in global product planning and present business cases.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to translate portfolio strategy into launch messaging and tools.
• Monitor portfolio performance and propose optimizations across pricing and lifecycle.
