You will collaborate across PS, CS, Product, Apps CoEs, marketing and sales to accelerate GTM outcomes, define operating models, and track KPIs to continuously optimize partner value. The role reports to the VP, Global Partner Growth.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in high growth SaaS companies.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience in sales-driven organizations with large partners.
• Expert in driving solution discussions with data, AI/ML.
• Data-driven with a mindset for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of a comprehensive partner enablement strategy.
• Lead partner delivery excellence program.
• Manage and mentor Partner Success specialists.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Apps CoEs, PS, CS.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure enablement impact.
• Partner advocacy with senior leadership.
