DeepL is seeking a high-energy, creative marketing leader to own the Americas marketing strategy. As the Director of Americas Marketing, you’ll be the architect and builder of a regional go-to-market plan, bridging global strategy with local spark and personally executing campaigns that cut through the crowded AI space.

You’ll partner with Sales to hit regional revenue targets, drive ABM, events, and demand programs, and own the budget and creative vision.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and regional leadership.
• Expertise in building full-funnel marketing plans supporting both self-serve and enterprise motions.
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI-driven decision making and ROI analysis.
• Collaborative partner to Sales, translating regional goals into actionable marketing strategies.
• Experience aligning with global functions to drive regional success within a global framework.
• Deep familiarity with the B2B buying cycle and product-led growth dynamics.
• Excellent project management, prioritising clarity and momentum across campaigns.

Responsabilités
