Cornerstone OnDemand seeks a Senior Director of North America Marketing to translate global go-to-market strategy into focused regional priorities. You will lead an eight-person NA Field Marketing team and partner with Sales, Solutions, Alliances, and Customer Success to drive demand, pipeline growth and revenue.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of B2B marketing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Significant SaaS marketing experience across market segments.
• Proven ability to translate global priorities into regional plans that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Strategic, data-driven mindset connecting analytics with creative execution.
• Experience leading diverse, distributed teams and cross-functional leaders.
• Familiarity with marketing tech stacks including CRM, automation, analytics.

Responsibilities

• Translate global GTM strategy into North America regional priorities and programs.
• Coach and develop the NA Field Marketing team to drive impact and growth.
• Align Field Marketing with Revenue, Corporate Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Direct regional multi-channel campaigns while adapting to local dynamics.
• Set regional KPIs, track performance, and derive insights to optimize ROI.
• Manage NA Field Marketing budget and agency/vendor relationships.
• Represent Cornerstone OnDemand as regional brand ambassador at events.
