Responsibilities

• Architect theater strategy and regional go-to-market plans across regions and industries.
• Lead remote team, hire, onboard, and foster high performance.
• Partner with Sales leadership to drive pipeline and revenue through executive-facing programs.
• Own budget and measure program ROI with dashboards and KPIs.
• Communicate insights and influence C-suite and external partners.
