Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions, Bartlett, IL, seeks a Regional HRIS & Digital Transformation Lead to shape and execute HR technology across the Americas. You will balance change leadership with hands-on HRIS expertise, aligning global initiatives with regional needs and driving adoption across HR functions.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM, and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• At least five years of experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, or HR digital transformation.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM.
• Proven change management experience in HR technology implementations.
• Strong stakeholder buy‑in and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional execution and adoption of enterprise HR technology and digital transformation initiatives.
• Translate global HR technology strategies into regional solutions.
• Serve as liaison between global HR Technology CoE and Americas stakeholders.
• Develop change management strategies to engage stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Monitor progress, adoption, risks, and outcomes for leadership updates.
• Support integration of payroll tech with HR systems.
