HARTING Americas is seeking a Regional SAP SuccessFactors Specialist (Hybrid, based in Elgin, IL) to drive the regional HR digitalization and SAP SuccessFactors deployment. You will collaborate with global strategy and local business needs, shaping standardized HR processes and payroll harmonization.

You will engage with international stakeholders, manage workshops, and support adoption of digital HR tools, including AI functionalities, while traveling up to 10% for regional initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, HR management or comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the HR environment, ideally with a focus on digitalization and payroll requirements.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, and cultures.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and workshop moderation skills.
• Analytical mindset, structured way of working and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

As a Regional SAP SuccessFactors Specialist (Hybrid, based in Elgin, IL), you will drive the regional implementation of HR technologies and act as a key interface between global strategy and local business needs. In this role, you will help shape standardized, efficient and user- orientated HR processes across the region, support payroll harmonization, and contribute to the successful rollout and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Working closely with international stakeholders, you will play an active part in advancing the digital HR transformation and strengthening employee experience, process quality and governance.

To succeed in this role, you will be highly driven to:

• Drive the regional implementation of the HR digitalization strategy in close collaboration with the Center of Excellence (CoE) “Transformation & Digitalisation”
• Act as a key interface between the global HR digitalization roadmap and regional business requirements, translating strategic objectives into effective local solutions
• Responsible for the implementation of a regional Enterprise Service Management Setup
• Drive regional payroll harmonization by supporting the evaluation, selection & implementation of suitable solutions
• Actively support the introduction, optimization and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors modules and related digital HR tools incl. advanced AI functionalities
• Plan and facilitate training sessions and workshops to increase digital capabilities within regional HR teams
• Monitor project progress, implementation status, and provide transparent reporting on digitalisation initiatives
• Other duties as assigned.
• Travel up to 10%.

Must Have Skills And Experience

• Bachelors degree in business administration, business informatics, HR management or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the HR environment, ideally with a focus on digitalization and payroll requirements

HARTING USA offers an attractive total compensation package and employee benefits, including:

Compensation

• HARTING's Total Compensation Structure includes a Base Salary and Bonus Percentage.
• Competitive base salary: $93,000 - $115,000 (commensurate with experience, subject to change dependent on physical location)
• This role is eligible for a 5% discretionary annual bonus.
