Job summary

Microland is seeking an Americas Geo HR Leader to serve as the senior HR partner for the geography, advising C-suite executives and geo leadership while owning end-to-end HR across the Americas. This hands-on role covers payroll governance, benefits, immigration, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational change within a fast-paced Systems Integration and IT infrastructure services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years HR experience with senior partner or regional leader roles in US/Americas.
• Proven ability to advise C-suite and manage outsourced payroll, benefits, immigration, and audits.
• Experience operating in a global matrix with offshore delivery centers and vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR advisor to senior Americas leaders on workforce priorities and governance.
• Oversee external payroll, benefits, immigration, and HR compliance across the Americas.
• Lead workforce planning, change management, and new-location readiness.
• Strengthen manager capability and drive employee engagement and culture in a global SI/IT services context.
