Job summary

Alcon is seeking the GCO Region Head, Americas to lead end-to-end Americas Customer Operations across the United States, Canada and Latin America, translating the global strategy into a regional operating plan that preserves market responsiveness and customer trust.

The role owns service outcomes, budget and workforce performance, and serves as the primary partner to regional commercial, supply chain, finance, quality, IT and enterprise service leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Fluent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Extensive leadership experience (12+ years).
• Demonstrated senior leadership capabilities and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Americas Customer Operations, translating global strategy into regional agenda across US, Canada and LATAM.
• Own service outcomes, budget and workforce performance; partner with regional commercial, supply chain, finance, quality and IT.
• Drive Q2C transformation, digital and AI acceleration, and move operations toward proactive, insight-led delivery.
• Establish governance, KPIs and operating reviews; ensure capacity planning and risk management across in-country teams.
