You will manage a large team and drive cross-market collaboration with strong stakeholder focus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Marketing & Sales, strategy, or communications.
• 5+ years of experience leading people.
• Experience in international / matrix organizations.
• Strong ability to delegate and accomplish tasks through others.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; relocation support may be offered.

• Orchestrating the definition and development of strategies on BA and market/business levels for profitable growth.
• Coordinating BA marketing strategies and initiatives with regional stakeholders.
• Steering the Americas Marketing organization across product, brand, pricing, BI, and communication.
• Managing BA Marketing budget and deployment of marketing resources.
• Developing BA Marketing group and organization with Marketing managers.
• Leading cross-functional collaboration and building insights on markets, consumers, and customers.
• Representing BA Marketing to Division and other Business Areas.
