Job summary

Aon plc, a leading global professional services firm, seeks a North America Totalis COO to unify and scale a newly combined specialty underwriting and programs platform. You will guide the operating strategy, oversee transformation initiatives, and build scalable foundations for growth across North America.

You will partner with senior leaders across technology, finance, risk and compliance to drive performance, governance and a client-centric operating model, while shaping an inclusive culture

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a large, sophisticated org.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable operating models.
• Track record in large-scale transformation and integration.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen: budgeting and investments.
• Experience enabling operating efficiency with technology and data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-year operating strategy aligned to growth and risk objectives.
• Build and continuously improve operating model across people, processes, tech and partners.
• Partner with business, technology, finance, risk and compliance leaders to drive excellence.
• Lead large-scale transformation, integration and change initiatives with governance.
