Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks an accomplished sales leader to drive the Americas commercial business to exceed revenue, growth, and profitability targets. You will build, coach, and lead a high-performing team across functions to maximize customer impact and market share.

You will develop strategic growth plans, leverage market insights, and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver an exceptional customer experience while advancing DBS

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in a sales management role leading technical, customer-facing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, science or related field; MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of genomic medicine approaches, biopharma manufacturing, GMP, and launching new solutions in emerging markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas commercial business to meet or exceed revenue, growth, and profitability targets with a unified regional strategy.
• Build and mentor a high-performing commercial organization with coaching and talent development.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans leveraging market insights and customer knowledge to expand market share.
• Collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing to ensure flawless execution and outstanding customer experience.
• Drive DBS, sales funnel management, forecasting rigor, CRM discipline, and cross‑OpCo collaboration to strengthen customer engagement.
