Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a seasoned sales leader to drive the Americas commercial business, delivering revenue targets and market expansion. You will build a high-performing team across regions, leveraging DBS and cross-functional collaboration to optimize customer impact and profitability.

The role requires 15+ years in sales management of complex consultative offerings, with a strong track record in large biopharma accounts and global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, science or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years’ experience in sales management leading technical, customer-facing teams.
• Experience selling complex consultative services or solutions to lab/biotech/biopharma customers.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain sales professionals.
• Strong financial leadership including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas commercial business to meet revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
• Build and develop a high-performing commercial organization; hire and coach talent.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans leveraging market insights.
• Partner across Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing for flawless execution.
• Drive DBS, sales funnel management, forecasting rigor, CRM discipline and cross-OpCo collaboration.
