Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a senior sales leader to drive Americas revenue, growth and profitability with a unified regional strategy. You will build and coach a high-performing commercial team and shape growth plans informed by market insights and customer knowledge.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in sales leadership, a business-related degree (MBA preferred), and experience with genomics, GMP, and large biopharma partnerships. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• +15 years’ experience in a sales management position leading technical, customer-facing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, science or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of genomic medicine approaches, biopharma manufacturing process flow, and GMP.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales professionals.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience in a highly matrixed, global company with travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas commercial business to achieve or exceed revenue, growth, and profitability targets with a unified regional strategy.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing commercial organization, hiring, coaching, and managing talent to maximize team performance and customer impact.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans using market insights and customer knowledge to expand market share.
• Partner across Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing and other functions to ensure flawless execution and an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive commercial excellence through DBS, sales funnel management, forecasting rigor, CRM discipline, and cross-OpCo collaboration to strengthen customer engagement and business results.
