Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive the Americas revenue, growth, and profitability. You will build and mentor a high‑performing team, develop strategic growth plans, and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role demands 15+ years in sales leadership, a relevant degree (MBA preferred), and experience in genomic medicine or biopharma.

Competenze

• 15+ years’ experience in a sales management position with leading commercial teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technology/Engineering/Science or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Prior knowledge of genomic medicine approaches and GMP in biopharma contexts.
• Experience launching and scaling new solutions offerings in large biopharma orgs.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, manage and retain leading sales professionals.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, sales funnel management, financial planning, and reporting.
• Capable of executing comprehensive sales strategy in a global matrixed environment.
• Travel up to 50% internationally.
