Job summary

EnerMech seeks a Finance Executive to lead the Americas finance function, driving strategic financial insight, governance and timely reporting across the region. You will manage a high-performing team, champion process improvements and automation, and partner with senior leadership to influence business decisions.

You will oversee close cycles, budgeting, regulatory filings, and tax matters, ensuring robust internal controls and scalable operations across multiple entities within the Americas.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification required (CA/ ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA or equivalent).
• Substantial post-qualification experience in financial control, reporting or similar senior finance role.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI; experience with ERP systems and finance-transformation initiatives desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly and year-end close for the geography with SSC, AP, O2C and R2R teams.
• Review monthly financial performance, variances, and commentary for management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
• Coordinate balance sheet reconciliations, journals and controls with delegated authority.
• Oversee statutory filings, audits, and tax compliance for the region.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and finance governance with Group Finance.
