Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in finance management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep proficiency in US GAAP, management accounting, and tax accounting.
• Experience implementing and managing ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of regional finance activities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for North America.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, treasury, and compliance (SOX/SEC).
• Partner with the NA President and Global CFO on strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and finance policies.
