Job summary

The Regional Financial Controller (Americas) at Bolder Group will partner with the Head of Finance, Americas, to strengthen regional finance control across NA, LA, and Caribbean markets. You will lead reporting, controls, billing, and working capital management with hands-on leadership.

You will drive statutory compliance, audit readiness, and finance transformation initiatives, acting as a trusted deputy and influencer to local teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting, financial control, finance reporting, or regional finance operations.
• Professional accounting qualification, or advanced progress toward one, is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, statutory reporting, audit processes, and multi-entity operations.
• Experience in multi-jurisdiction environment across North America, Latin America, and/or the Caribbean is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Power BI or similar reporting tools to develop dashboards and KPI analyses.
• Experience with TrustQuay, NavOne, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, or similar systems would be beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for Americas entities with strong review and controls.
• Oversee accounting transactions, balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and key control processes.
• Manage client billing processes across jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timely deadlines.
• Monitor AR balances and drive timely collection before license fees and statutory payments.
• Oversee cash flow and working capital across regional entities to ensure liquidity.
• Oversee payments of client license fees and government fees, ensuring compliance.
• Lead coordination of audits, statutory financial statements, and regulatory reporting.
• Strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls for governance and audit readiness.
• Contribute to budgets, forecasts, and finance transformation initiatives with Group Finance.
