Job summary

EnerMech seeks a senior engineering leader to establish and head the Americas engineering function across ES and IIS. You will implement the global operating model, drive competency development and governance, and coordinate across countries to enable agile delivery and regional flexibility.

Lead the regional team, maintain capacity plans, and ensure alignment with safety and quality standards while partnering with operations, projects and commercial leaders to deliver complex energy projects.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Demonstrated implementation of standards, governance and training programs.
• Ability to coordinate resources across regions and service lines.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead Americas engineering function across ES and IIS.
