Page Executive is assisting a leading manufacturing division seeking a Divisional Controller - Americas. The role leads Finance and Controllership across the Americas, partnering with the Americas President and Divisional CFO to drive accounting, reporting, and strategic growth.

The candidate will oversee FP&A, strategic planning (AOP/STRAP), and compliance, while building a high-caliber finance team and supporting growth initiatives including M&A. Travel 25-35% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
• CPA or CMA certification required or strongly preferred.
• MBA may be preferred for strategic leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead Head of Finance and Controllership for the Americas region.
• Provide executive leadership in evaluating short and long term financial objectives and recommend opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide strategic guidance and value creation.
• FP&A partnering for regional planning (AOP and STRAP) and reporting to the Americas President.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting including monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
• Report profitability and analysis of performance vs. budget to executive management.
• Participate in Executive Management Team meetings; provide updates on financials.
• Develop financial strategies to support growth for the Americas region.
• Ensure controls, standard costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Manage tax and compliance activities, cash flow, and banking relationships.
• Develop and grow a strong accounting and finance team; travel 25-35%.
