Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate travel management within a global enterprise.
• Experience leading large-scale operational ecosystems and remote teams.
• Proven supervisory experience managing teams and vendors.
• Experience evaluating and optimizing travel tech stacks (booking tools, expense management, duty of care).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~20–25%).
• Strong service orientation with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Americas regional travel program and executive travel operations.
• Oversee logistics, provider partnerships, and travel technology strategy.
• Mentor and develop multi-layered teams across on-site and remote settings.
