Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate travel management experience in a complex global enterprise.
• Proven track record leading large-scale operational ecosystems with on-site and distributed teams.
• Direct supervisory experience and performance development of teams.
• Experience evaluating and optimizing corporate travel tech stacks (booking, expenses, duty of care).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~20–25%).

Responsibilities

• Own and elevate end-to-end travel operations across the Americas region.
• Lead a six-person on-site executive travel operations team with 24/7 support for senior leadership.
• Coach a 60+ travel professional vendor ecosystem and drive a culture of service and precision.
• Champion next-generation travel tools and digital platforms to reduce friction.
• Build strategic relationships with airlines, hotels, and mobility networks; uphold high standards.
• Partner on worldwide standards and policies with global travel leaders.
