Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive corporate travel management experience within a complex global enterprise
• Proven track record leading large-scale operational ecosystems, encompassing both on-site operations and distributed/remote teams
• Direct supervisory experience managing dedicated teams and leading performance development
• Demonstrated experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing corporate travel tech stacks (booking tools, expense management, duty of care)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~20–25%)
• Exceptional Service Instincts: A deep, intuitive grasp of high-touch customer care—equally adept at calming a stranded road warrior or orchestrating flawless itineraries for C-suite executives
• Operational Command & Velocity: A proven ability to navigate fast-moving, high-stakes environments with composure, urgency, and rock-solid problem-solving skills
• Inspiring People Leadership: Demonstrated success mentoring direct reports, steering large multi-layered teams, and driving vendor partners to achieve shared excellence
