Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a seasoned Leader to run the program team for large corporate meetings and events. You will own planning, budgeting, and delivery from kickoff to onsite execution, coordinating registration, housing, and attendee communications across multiple programs.

Qualifications

Eight+ years delivering large corporate meetings and events.
Experience on a dedicated account team under a client SOW is preferred.
Ownership of multimillion-dollar program budgets with forecasts and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

Lead the dedicated account program team across planning, execution, and delivery.
Own delivery from kickoff through onsite execution and close for each program.
Serve as the client’s primary delivery contact with status reporting and decisions requests.
Own program budgets, forecasts, change control, and financial reporting.
