Job summary

BBVA USA is seeking a senior leader to drive the strategy and execution of ad-hoc product solutions for institutional clients in the New York region. The role focuses on establishing strong client relationships, delivering tailored GM products, and aligning with global sales and risk teams.

The candidate will lead a team, coordinate with multiple GM/CIB areas, and ensure adherence to internal policies while pursuing growth across the institutional client base.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in institutional or corporate client coverage.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Series 24, 7, 63, 79 are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution to provide ad-hoc product solutions to institutional clients in the region.
• Establish and nurture client relationships, offering GM product recommendations to meet hedging/investment needs.
• Collaborate with Global Sales to define and implement the commercial strategy for Institutional Solutions.
• Drive revenue, manage a client portfolio, and monitor budgets and activity indicators.
• Coordinate with Risk and other GM/CIB areas to align product trading and development efforts.
