SimCorp is seeking a Head of Delivery – Americas to oversee client programmes from onboarding to live operations in the Americas. The role requires hands-on leadership, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality outcomes and trusted client relationships.

The successful candidate will mentor delivery managers, align with global teams, manage risk and escalations, and contribute to regional and global delivery strategies. Based in New York City with on‑site presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes in SaaS or cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in programme/project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the delivery of client programmes across the Americas region, from onboarding to live operations.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for clients during escalations, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with client stakeholders, including senior executives, ensuring alignment and confidence in delivery outcomes.
• Drive rigorous, consistent execution across all programmes, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Proactively manage risk, dependencies, and escalations, providing clear updates to leadership.
