Job summary

SECUTIX Americas is seeking a founding delivery leader to own end-to-end implementations across the Americas. You will shape how SECUTIX S-360 projects are run for enterprise sports, arts, venues, and multi-venue campuses, and serve as the accountable executive for go-live, quality, scope, and margin.

You will design and grow the Americas delivery organization, recruit and develop consultants and project managers, and build repeatable delivery accelerators.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise software delivery with professional services or tech program management.
• 5+ years leading people and building delivery teams.
• Proven ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder programs with external deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of SECUTIX S-360 implementations across the Americas.
• Lead governance, time-to-go-live, and delivery margin across the regional portfolio.
• Direct strategic programs with multi-entity federations and fixed go-live dates.
• Build the Americas delivery organization from a small founding team outward.
• Partner with product and engineering on data migration and integrations.
• Collaborate with commercial to ensure scope and delivery alignment.
